Master Vietnam's National Dish in the ultimate comfort food cooking class. Learn how to make Southern Beef Pho

Known as a popular street food in Vietnam, Pho has become a globally loved comfort food. It's recent rise in popularity is for many reasons - it's comforting, fragrant, and allows for so much customization with various adds in and variations of proteins. Going out for Pho is an event not to be missed, and now this cooking experience will bring the rich traditions into your own kitchen.

The origins of Pho are a bit unclear. Some historians believe that Pho was created in the late 19th century during French colonial times. Others believe Pho was an adaptation of the French one-pot stew “pot-au-feu.” Regardless of where it was invented, today - Pho can be found all over the country. From North to South however there are strong debates of what should be in a Pho, with Northern Pho being more simple, and the Southern style including toppings and accompaniments.

While your Pho is simmering away, you'll also make a Mango Burfi, a sweet treat popular in various partos the world. It's fabulous way to end your meal or pair with a cup of tea.
