Gather the team, you're heading to Italy! Join Chef Carlotta, live from Italy, as she shares the secrets of crafting the perfect Sunday supper: meatballs and pomodoro. Your team will have an interactive journey into the heart of Italian cuisine, where you'll learn authentic techniques, explore rich flavors, and bond over the joy of creating a delicious meal together. 


In this team cooking experience, Chef Carlotta will guide you through the perfect meatball. While it may seem simple, there's a technique to master, and once you do, your team will be bringing meatballs to every corporate potluck. Have a memorable event filled with laughter, learning, and of course, fantastic food. 

Chef Carlotta, a graduate of ALMA University, is also a pastry chef, bakery chef, and recipient of one Michelin Star for her work at a restaurant in her hometown of Bari, Italy.

Bari, Italy

Michelin star restaurant chef having worked for Michelin restaurants in over 5 cities, graduated top of class from ALMA University

Chef Carlotta Martinelli lives in the south of Italy in the town of Bari. She began cooking at a young age with her nonna and fell in love with the rich traditions of pasta-making on the streets of her historic town. Since then, she graduated top of her class from what's consider the world's most prestigious Italian culinary university - ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine located in Parma, Italy. 


This whiz-kid, went on to work for several Michelin Star chefs in Rimini, Padua, Milan, Rome, London - and her native region, Puglia. She was most recently responsible for all seafood at the famed Due Camini. After 4 years of working towards the prized Michelin Star, they won it in 2018. 


Carlotta believes food is a passport of which, you can travel the world. She's excited to bring you to her hometown of Bari, Italy in her cooking classes with The Chef & The Dish.

The base price of this class is $799 USD which allows up to 10 households in the class. Each additional household is an additional $79 USD. Small Group and Multiple Class discounts are available. The Chef & The Dish fell nothing short of phenomenal. Such a personal and authentic experience! Chef Carlotta, our lovely guide, showed us around Naples in such a beautiful way! We couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. The food was outstanding, as was the wine and the company. Absolutely recommend this for anyone who loves good food and having fun in the kitchen. It made us beginners feel like total professionals. We will keep this with us forever!
